The Association of American Educators (AAE) is a non-union professional organization. AAE protects California educators by providing access to high-quality employee benefits including professional liability insurance and legal benefits and promotes professionalism through teacher scholarships and other resources. Membership in AAE is available to California charter school educators through CCSAÕs Charter Employee Services (CES) program.
