20th Annual California Charter Schools Conference Presents Hart Vision Award for Charter School Leader of the Year Jackie Elliot

The Hart Vision Award for the outstanding Charter Leader of the Year was presented to Jacqueline Elliot, Ed.D., of Partnerships to Uplift Communities (PUC) schools. As co-founder and CEO of PUC schools, Dr. Elliot opened Community Charter Middle School in 1999 and now operates 12 schools.
