The California Charter Schools Association is the membership and professional organization serving California's 1,063 charter public schools. For parents, members of the public and media, CCSA provides fact sheets, research reports, video and more about charters across the state.

Advocacy Priorities

The Association is focused on the greatest challenges charter students and their schools face, including Funding Equity, Facilities and Special Education.

Accountability

CCSA is taking a lead role in assessing charter school quality and ensuring appropriate accountability within the movement by establishing clear and transparent academic performance expectations for charter schools.

Families that Can is the statewide organization of charter school families, educates, empowers and mobilizes parents to hold our elected leaders accountable for ensuring every child has access to a high-quality public education. We advocate for quality public school choices, fair treatment and equal resources for charter public schools, and the advancement and growth of successful charter schools.

CCSA Advocates

California Charter Schools Association Advocates (CCSA Advocates), is a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to increasing the involvement of the charter school community in the public policy arena, creating a pipeline of charter school supporters and activists, electing public officials who support California charter schools, and growing the political influence of the California charter school movement.
