Cynthia Bryant is CCSA's senior vice president, Government Affairs. She served as a member of the senior staff of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for his entire term, first as Chief Deputy Legislative Affairs Secretary and then as Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of the Governor's Office of Planning and Research. Cynthia concluded her service as Chief Deputy Director, Policy for the Department of Finance, and at the Governor's request, served the final month of his administration as Director of Finance.

In addition, Cynthia has served as the Senate Republican caucus policy director and has been the legal counsel for both the Assembly Republican Caucus and Assembly Rules Committee.

Earlier in her career, Cynthia served as vice president at Russo, Marsh and Raper Inc., where she conceived and directed paid media campaigns for statewide and local candidates and ushered a statewide tax initiative through drafting, signature gathering and final submission to the Attorney General.

In addition to receiving her undergraduate degree from Lewis and Clark College, Cynthia earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
